Day 3: Fueling the Body with Clean Eats- The Magic Bullet to Unleashing Your Best Self

How you FUEL your BODY is EVERYTHING! We will dive deep here and I will provide you with all my SECRETS to be FIT and FABULOUS, no matter your age or experience. Nutrition is your secret weapon to uncover your sexy self. We will show you the tips and strategies to make the changes so you can set yourself free to embrace your BEST self. You GOT this! 

Day 4: Moving and Grooving- Embracing Your Sexy-Self Through Movement

On the 4th day of this training, it’s all about re-discovering what TURNS YOU ON. We will tap into a movement plan that works for you, go over the components of fitness and Kate gets into her secret weapon: resistance training to get you to feeling SEXY FIT quicker and faster than any other form of exercise because being STRONG is SEXY. Whoop!

Day 5: Goal Setting and Vision Creation- Know Your “Why” to Break Through Fear and Resistance!

On this FINAL DAY of the TRAINING, we look at what resistance is all about, how to break through so YOU can FINALLY put the pedal to the metal and experience your INNER BADASS. Then it's all about IMPLEMENTING A PLAN that will get you MOVING and GROOVING so that you FEEL READY to live your BEST LIFE EVER!
