WHAT IS CERTIFIED HIGH-PERFORMANCE COACHING?


Certified High-Performance Coaching (HPC) is a science-backed, results oriented, proven coaching curriculum that focuses on empowering questions, development of supportive habits, creation of a success-driven mindset, and use of specific outcome-based tools to help clients achieve their next pinnacle of success in all areas: personal, professional, family, team or business.


HPC is super effective with validated results! The High-Performance Institute sought proof of client satisfaction and teamed with a third-party company to track over 37,000 HPC sessions in 173 countries. Here's what they found: The average client satisfaction rating for HPC was 9.6 out of 10! This was the highest score ever recorded for any multi-session coaching program they evaluated.


Each HPC session is curriculum-driven and includes training, education, and coaching directed at achieving specific goals that push, challenge, and transform you, your team, or your organization.


Over the course of the next twelve weeks, High-Performance Coaching provides the framework and support to attain heightened and sustained levels of clarity, performance, and a deeper sense of meaning and fulfillment.


As a Certified High-Performance Coach, I work with you in five key areas: Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity, and Influence. The most successful people in every area of life and work have developed a command of these five areas.


Our sessions also help you master your skills in the psychology, physiology, productivity, persuasion, purpose, and presence of high-performance life or business. The program is conducted virtually by video calls initially over the course of 12 weeks.


After each session, you receive additional worksheets that help you take the concepts learned to a deeper level and provide additional frameworks and tools you can put to use immediately.


You will also receive a follow-up email that highlights the major insights, accomplishments, and commitments from each session to refer back to as a reference.


Sessions are an hour long and cover one focused module of the curriculum, and each session builds on the previous one. This is powerful work. Be prepared to have your life be transformed!
